I didn't make Circle of Honor last night so I instead got in a kettlebell lift and some striking practice.

I hate when I miss mat time but I also understand the importance of balance.

Saturdays are a fun, busy day around here.

Boxing class in a bit. :)

Lately my 3 favorite words have been:

Confident.
Expansive.
Explosive.

I meditate on these daily.

Reminders that our brain is the best tool to sharpen. We are what we do. What we think. What we perceive.

Fun night on the mats last night.

Boxing class followed by jiujitsu work.

We get what we work for, create your existence.

Friday night fights. ⚫️

Saturday boxing.

And sparring practice in the afternoon.

I'm grateful for all these opportunities to improve on my favorite things.

Thursdays are such a busy, fun day for me.

AM training with these mothers, into a kettlebell lift, homeschool with my girl, with boxing class and rolls to follow.
