2oz vodka
1.5oz kahlua
1oz cream
1.5oz spiced vanilla chai syrup (combine 1 cup of concentrated chai tea and 1/3 cup sugar… boil for 5 min and remove from heat… stir in 1 tbsp vanilla extract and let it cool before using).
