My friend Trina inspired me to get back into making my own plant milk. Over the past year I started going back to the cartons, but my guilt was eating at me. Those cartons are challenging to dispose of. Plant milk is so easy to make. Literally just use your blender to combined oats, coconut, nuts, etc., and then strain. This batch was a combination of oats and various nuts all of which I keep in bulk because it is less expensive and uses less packaging. And the best thing about making your own plant milk is making crackers out of the pulp.
