Buckwheat Blossom Farm will be offering summer sausages this week perfect for apps and picnics.

We have dry cured Chorizo, Sujuck and Salami ready to slice and eat.

We also have frozen links in three flavors: Garlic, Sweet Italian and Polish. These are ready for grilling and sautéing.

All of our sausages are from our grass fed sheep grazing the pastures under the trees on our farm.
