Aviation Insurance Managers

Role and Responsibilities
• Accounting/CFO All Aspects-
• Month End Statements – AP for various vendors
• Invoicing – ensuring correct pricing, address and contact person
• Accounts Receivable – monitoring and calling to follow up on all past due invoices for payment
• Master Commissions
• Credit Memo Log/VCB

Qualifications and Requirements
• A strong work ethic.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented.
• Must be a team player but able to work well independently in a fast paced production environment.
• Pays attention to detail and accuracy
