Meet Evan! Evan is a long-time member of the Go Hog Wild 4-H Club out of Washington. Check out his 4-H Story below!

"My 4-H experience this year was one to remember. I enjoyed going to the meetings and taking care of my hog. My favorite experience was having fun at the fair waiting with my friends to sell my hog. I learned more about my pigs and how to take better care of them. I also got to spend more time with my grandpa and my family. When we would weigh the pigs or feed them, I saw my grandpa usually because he was always working there. So I got to see him a lot more this summer. It was a good time and I can’t wait for next year."

Hey, hey! Check out today's edition of My Story Monday, featuring Ian of Jeffriesburg 4-H Club. Ian is always up for adventure & shares what he enjoys about attending 4-H camp.

"My name is Ian and I'm a member of Jeffriesburg 4-H Club. My favorite experience is the 4-H overnight camp because I get to leave home. I also like it because I get to make new friends. It's also really cool because I get to sleep in a cabin and go to a big pool. I also get to make fun crafts."

Franklin County 4-H members ages 8-18 are invited to join the Franklin County 4-H Beekeeping Project. Project meeting dates are July 7, 9, 14, 16, & 21 at 6 p.m. in Lonedell, MO. There is no cost to join but you must RSVP to Julie at [email protected] or by calling the Franklin County MU Extension at 636-583-5141.
