What an honor it is when a fellow wedding photographer asks you to capture her special day. When Nicole and Joey hired me last year, I knew that this trip to FL would be one for the books. Nicole radiated the entire night, and everyone partied hard until the last dance.

Sunset pictures were super important to this couple, and golden hour did not disappoint. There were horses, a boat, a Studebaker, what more could one want?!

I had the absolute joy of joining an incredible styled shoot at the stunning Heyward Manor, hosted by — and wow, every detail was inspiring.

This shot through the beveled glass of a door stopped me in my tracks. The way it scattered reflections of the bride and her bouquet felt like a little kaleidoscope of beauty and anticipation. Moments like this are why I love what I do—finding the quiet magic and preserving it forever.

Last night, Florida skies gave us the most beautiful golden skies for this sweet engagement session -- and even more special, it was for a fellow wedding photographer who's trusted me to capture her big day.

We had the best time laughing through the heat and soaking in every bit of that sunset. Grateful for the chance to document this season for someone who knows the ins and outs of this industry - it truly means so much.
