TWOC HEALING PROJECT
Mission Statement – The mission of the TWOC Healing Project is to speak knowledge to power, and to combat the erasure of Trans lives, narratives, and most importantly trans contributions to society.

Healing isn’t just what we do—it’s why we exist. ❤️🏳️‍⚧️

Mrs. Toi Washington-Reynolds created from a place of lived experience. During one of the hardest seasons of her life, she searched for healing but found few resources, little support, and no spaces designed for transgender women like her. Rejected by family, turned away by churches, and carrying the weight of trauma, loss, and isolation, she knew something had to change.

So instead of accepting that reality, she built the space she once needed.

Today, TWOC Healing Project is a home for transgender women to heal, reconnect with themselves, and find community through love, wellness, and hope. Because no one should have to heal alone, and everyone deserves a place where they are seen, affirmed, and celebrated.

Sometimes the most powerful movements begin with one person deciding that someone else shouldn’t have to suffer the way they did. 💜✨

Are you fighting for a seat at a table that was never meant to hold your purpose?

Too often, we find ourselves feeling overlooked, excluded, forgotten, or uninvited into spaces we thought we belonged in. But what if that closed door wasn’t rejection? What if it was protection?

As our Executive Director, Toi Washington-Reynolds, reminds us: not every room is assigned to your destiny. Sometimes, God is protecting you from spaces that cannot nurture who you’re becoming.

At TWOC Healing Project, we’re not asking you to fight for a seat at someone else’s table. We’re building our own.

A table filled with community. A table filled with sisterhood. A table where healing, resources, support, and authentic connection exist. A table where you are seen, valued, and celebrated exactly as you are.

If you’ve ever felt like an outsider, know this: you have a place here. Join us as we heal, grow, and step boldly into our next chapter—together.

✨ Pull up a chair. Your seat is waiting.
