Field Fastener Announces $2.875 Million Expansion Project in Tyler

Tyler, Texas — Field Fastener, a leading provider of fastening solutions, inventory management, and supply chain services, is proud to announce a $2.875 million expansion and modernization project at its Tyler Center of Excellence facility located at 10243 County Road 2121, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to East Texas, innovation, and operational excellence.

The project includes the renovation of approximately 16,000 square feet of existing facility space and will result in the retention of 26 existing jobs and the creation of 10 new full-time positions with average annual wages of approximately $75,000. The investment enhances the facility's
capabilities, supports future growth, and positions the company to better serve customers while creating new opportunities for employees and the local community.

To support the investment, Smith County and Smith County Emergency Services District 2 have approved property tax abatements on the new improvements associated with the project. The abatements are performance-based and tied to Field Fastener's investment and job creation commitments.

The renovated Center of Excellence will reflect Field Fastener's dedication to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to customers while strengthening its presence in the Tyler
community for years to come.

The expansion project strengthens Tyler and Smith County's position as a regional center for manufacturing, logistics, and industrial growth while generating additional long-term taxable value for local taxing entities. Upon completion of the abatement period, the new improvements will remain on the tax rolls, creating a lasting benefit for the community
