We are focused on training well disciplined and conscientious martial artists that respect karate as a defensive art form, always prepared to defend themselves and those weaker than they are. We stress developing the qualities of respect, self discipline, good sportsmanship, leadership and team work. Schedule:

Monday
6:00 to 7:00 pm - Kihon (basic) Techniques and Kata, Fitness Drills
7:00 to 8:00 pm - Advanced Kata, kobudō (weapons)

Friday
6:00 to 7:00 pm - Self-defense, Sparring Techniques, Kumite
7:00 to 8:00 pm - continued Kumite

A Boot Camp class will be available once a month during second hour on Friday. For now there will be no Lil Dragons program, but we will accept students 7 and older or those who are able to remain focused during normal class.

*Schedule subject to change according to student needs and up coming events, such as belt testing or tournaments. Classes will be $35 a month for one student
$30 a month for the second student
$25 a month for the third student
