What's up, meal prep gang? One thing that isn't up is these temperatures! I'll take this weather any day; beautiful. I have a few announcements to make, and I'll be out of your feed.

This one isn't easy. Unfortunately, as of today, we are no longer partnered with Reform Health Nutrition. So Ryan is going off on his own, and we are confident he will fulfill all his goals! However, if you would like to work with Ryan, his information is the same, and we would love to make your meals according to his plans. We just need you to email us the program at [email protected].

Ok, now for the fun stuff. We started a second IG page for the Whitehouse location. Mike and I will have contests, giveaways, and friendly shop vs. shop competitions!

The Whitehouse location address has been taking people to the wrong spot. If this happens, we are right across from the big Austin bank.

▪️I will have the new "fall" menu hammered by Friday, so you can order all the new goodies for your weekend stock-up.

This Saturday, at the Coco Bean, we will have breakfast burritos for purchase. In addition, F45 will be conducting a free bodyweight workout (bring a mat) at 10 am-and nothing is better post-workout than a breakfast burrito! They also will be handing out free T-shirts.

Lastly, if you're looking for a powerlifting crew with knowledge, motivation, and heavy breathers- check us out Mon Tues and Thursday at 7pm and Saturday morning at 8 am at edge performance. Absolutely the strongest gym in ETX.
