✨Big news in the Kurtz house✨
On September 12th we welcomed our twin girls, Elsie Brooke and Andie Grace Kurtz! After Elsie spent a little time in the NICU, we’re overjoyed to share that as of today both of our girls are finally home and healthy! 💕

We’re so grateful for these sweet blessings and can’t wait for everyone to meet them soon. Hayes is over the moon to be a big brother, and we’re soaking in every moment as a family of five. 🍼👶🏻👶🏻💙

New housing starts are up 6.4% in Q4! Could be a good sign that new construction may start offsetting the current low inventory. Lots of folks moving to Texas, and interest rates are still at all time lows!

"Housing Starts are the total number of single family houses that started construction in a given month in the US. ... US Housing Starts is at a current level of 1.53M, up from 1.459M last month and up from 1.34M one year ago. This is a change of 4.87% from last month and 14.18% from one year ago."
