Due to unforeseen plumbing issues, all evening classes are canceled today, Thursday, July 9th.
We hope to be back up and running tomorrow the 10th. We will keep you updated!

Today some of the flow. yoga instructors traded our mats for bikes and stepped outside our comfort zones for a team-building spin class at One Ride Cycle 🚴🏻‍♀️ It challenged us in all the best ways, reminded us what it feels like to be a student, and gave us a whole new appreciation for trying something new ✨It was tough, it was fun, and we laughed…A LOT!
