You ever hear the expression that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity?
One strategy used by grandmaster chess players when problem solving a tough position is to change perspectives.
They will often get up from the table and walk to the other side to view the board from their opponents perspective.
This will often open up a way of viewing their position differently and this changing their strategy entirely.
The same tool can be used for your nutrition or movement practice.
If you train your ass off and got nothing to show for it, it’s likely time to change your perspective.
If you’re eating “clean,” whatever that means to you, and yet you’re still feeling terrible, it’s time for a new perspective.
The major difference with the bioenergetic/prometabolic model of nutrition and health is that you aren’t locked in to anything that doesn’t benefit you.
Furthermore, with the right tools, you can assess your response to your training and nutrition and know, with certainty, when it’s time to adjust something or if it’s time to change directions altogether.
And if you want to learn how to assess your metabolic and neurologic responses to training and nutrition, I am giving you access to my ebook that details how to do exactly that.
Comment the word BOOK below and I will rush it over to you right away.

Pain takes place in the brain.
This is not a new idea.
Even Descartes believed there was a pain center in the brain 400 years ago.
While we know now that there isn't a single pain center in the brain, many people still think of pain as something that everyone experiences the same way.
We can say with certainty that they do not.
When it comes to pain...
"You are a special flower" - Dr. Eric Cobb
This paper illustrates that not only do no two people experience pain the same way, the notion of putting people into a one-size-fits-all rehab protocol makes even less sense.
You need what your brain needs.
One of the best ways you can focus on giving your brain what it needs is to assess and reassess your training often.
If you don't know what I mean, that's fine, I will show you precisely how to start adjusting your training and nutrition based on your individual nervous system.
Type the words FREE BOOK below and I will send you my free ebook that covers exactly that and more.
Keep up the great work, you special flower 🌺, you.

Cholesterol is a life saver.
Cholesterol converts into a hormone called pregnenolone.
Pregnenolone then turns into either DHEA or Progesterone.
These then turn into other hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, cortisol or allopregnanolone.
When you are young and have a rock steady metabolism, you’re making all sorts of hormones.
And when you have a healthy metabolism, you’ll be cranking out active thyroid hormone(T3) faster than you can say “I want to be forever young”
T3 and Retinol, animal-based vitamin A, are necessary to convert cholesterol into pregnenolone and start that hormone cascade.
And as we age, the insults to our thyroid hormone output compound and that converts process slows down.
This will cause cholesterol to accumulate.
Conventional perspective links this to heart disease but that’s been thoroughly disproven.
It’s not the cholesterol that causes the heart disease, rather it’s the decrease in metabolism that causes it.
The decrease in metabolism coincides with an increase in cholesterol.
Did you know you can measure your metabolic status quite easily?
Comment FREE BOOK and I will send you my FREE BOOK which shows you exactly how to do that.
Summary:
When you have low blood sugar, your brain knows it. Not only does your brain know it, it shows it. It shows it in how you feel, how you think, and how you interact with others. It can even show up in your empathy or your ability to think rationally.
3 things to improve blood sugar for the brain:
1). Eat regularly and don't skip meals. Too little food or too infrequent of food forces your brain to shunt fuel away from areas of the brain involved in logic and reason and towards areas involved with stress.
2) Vitamin B1 will help you use glucose even better. Better glucose usage makes for better brain usage.
3) Pepcid AC, the heartburn medication, may help you store glycogen better in the liver. Better liver stores of glycogen can help you go longer between meals if you must.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE!!!
