It doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing or where I am, my pinched sciatic has actually been on an early ride in the mornings and I feel like I should be crying out from the pain throughout the entire morning. My pain scale has been a 9 or 10 for most of my work days. If I'm off work, the only chore I'm doing cuz I want to, my laundry.

The only time I have to do ANY heavy lifting is loading the machines. I text for help once I'm done.
