Turns out exhausted moms don’t actually need:
❌ another motivational quote
❌ a Stanley cup the size of a toddler
❌ 14 supplements they’ll forget to take
❌ or one more person telling them to “just sleep when the baby sleeps”

They need crack. 😂
Specifically:
✨ the “I can finally turn my neck again” crack
✨ the “I sneezed and didn’t pee” crack
✨ the “my sciatica stopped trying to ruin my pregnancy” crack
✨ the “my baby slept longer than 42 minutes” crack
✨ the “I picked up my toddler without sounding like a glow stick” crack

And somehow after one visit they start bringing:
- the colicky baby
- the husband with “one weird spot” in his back
- their mom
-their best friend
and basically half of Manitowoc County.

At this point I’m less of a chiropractor and more of a neighborhood crack distributor.

DO NOT skip this caption, because it’s not that your pregnancy pillow isn’t helping… or that magnesium “isn’t working.”

And it’s definitely not because you’re doing pregnancy wrong.

But if you’re still tossing, turning, waking up uncomfortable, and counting down the hours until morning... your body may be asking for deeper support.

Because pregnancy doesn’t just change your belly. It changes your posture. Your pelvis. Your nervous system. The way your body carries tension and adapts to stress.

And when your nervous system stays stuck in stress mode, sleep becomes harder, no matter how many pillows you stack around you.

✨That’s why prenatal chiropractic care is about more than back pain relief.

Gentle, specific chiropractic adjustments help support proper pelvic balance, reduce tension in the nervous system, and help your body shift out of “survival mode” so you can actually rest.

Because exhausted shouldn’t feel like your baseline.

At Bump and Beyond Family Wellness, we help pregnant moms in Two Rivers and Manitowoc feel more comfortable, connected, and supported throughout pregnancy.

If this is resonating with you 👉 DM us “SLEEP” and we’ll send you more information about prenatal chiropractic care and how we support better sleep during pregnancy.

You’re a postpartum mama...
Everyone asks about the baby.

Almost no one asks about the mom.

How are *you* healing?
How are *you* sleeping?
How is *your* body recovering after birth?

Postpartum recovery matters. Your nervous system, hormones, pelvic balance, sleep, stress, and emotional health deserve support too.

At Bump and Beyond Family Wellness, we provide gentle postpartum chiropractic care to help moms in Manitowoc, Two Rivers, and neighboring communities feel supported, seen, and cared for during the fourth trimester and beyond. Because a healthy, supported mama matters just as much as the baby.

✨ You deserve care too, mama.

DM us or text 920-304-9374 to see how we can help you get back to feeling like you.

POV: You’re 35 weeks pregnant… and for the first time in months, you get to lay face down 🙌

This is more than just comfort—it’s relief your pregnant body has been craving.

Our specialized pregnancy pillows allow expecting moms to safely lay face down while receiving gentle prenatal chiropractic care—relieving pressure in the low back, hips, and pelvis while supporting optimal baby positioning.

Because pregnancy shouldn’t mean constant discomfort.

✨ Relief from back pain, hip pain, and pelvic tension
✨ Nervous system support for mom + baby
✨ Webster Technique–focused care for a more balanced pregnancy
✨ A calm, supportive space designed just for you

If you’re in your third trimester and feeling it everywhere… this is your reminder that your body deserves support, not just “getting through it.”

Manitowoc, WI moms, imagine how much brainwashing it took for you to believe that your child's health was just… fine.

Swipe through every lie we were sold, and what the nervous system has to do with all of it.

Because here's what nobody tells you: your nervous system controls your immune system, your gut, your baby's sleep, your toddler's behavior, and your body's ability to heal itself.

When there's nerve interference in the spine, called a subluxation, everything downstream is affected.

That includes colic. Ear infections. Reflux. Sensory meltdowns. Chronic sickness. Anxiety. Slow recovery.

Chiropractic isn't just for back pain. It's nervous system care. And your kids need it too, from day one.

Save this post and share it with the mama who's been told everything is "normal" but knows something is off.
