It is frustrating to see my democrat opponent accusing me of supporting the tax exemption for data centers when I am the only legislator who has a vote on the record opposing that exemption specifically AND I am the only state legislator who has taken a vote supporting an 18 month moratorium in my county while we examine the issue more closely.

Here is the actual Assembly record where I specifically opposed this tax provision.

Her trying to say I supported the exemption because I later voted for the state budget (which included this along with hundreds of other pages of tax policies) is disingenuous and dishonorable.

And this is why I record my votes even on voice votes, so that the record is preserved when people try to distort my record.
