Uncommonly More

Does your podcast feel like just another item on your to-do list? It’s time to change that.
When I launched the Podcast Strategy Intensive, I wasn’t sure anyone would see the value in focusing on strategy alone. Fast forward two years, and it’s been a game changer for podcasters looking to turn their content into true business assets.
Now, I’m thrilled to offer two versions of the Intensive:
- One for new podcasters ready to launch.
- One for existing podcasters looking to level up their strategy.
In this week’s episode of The More Profitable Podcast, I’m pulling back the curtain on:
- Why I created the Intensive and how it’s evolved.
- What you can expect from each version.
- New updates that make booking easier than ever.
Ready to make your podcast work for you, not just be another task? Check out the episode
Got questions? Drop them in the comments or DM me. I’m here to help you get the clarity and strategy your show deserves.

Two years after it first aired, I’m bringing back one of my favorite episodes that shows how to keep content relevant and impactful long-term.
Why? Because this episode has helped countless listeners unlock endless content ideas. It’s also a great example of how a well-built episode can keep working for you—without constantly reinventing the wheel.
In this re-release, I’ve kept the original calls to action so you can see firsthand how much value this episode still holds, even with those dated pieces. The rest? 100% evergreen.
Here’s why this episode is worth a listen (again!):
🎙️ Two bottomless sources for quality content ideas to keep episodes speaking directly to your ideal clients (perfect to repurpose into other content!)
🎙️ A strategy to make your podcast a sustainable asset that serves you and your listeners long after it’s published (just like this one is doing for me)
🎙️ Tips on qualifying leads with content so listeners can self-select if they’re ready to work with you
If you’re ready to make your podcast work harder for you and create episodes that last, give this episode a listen .
And if it sparks some ideas? Let’s talk about how we can make your podcast a sustainable sales asset!

It's official, it's summer and finally sunny again here in Southern California after a wet winter and a very gray spring.
We're just a week away from kicking off Q3, so it's the perfect time to talk about why Q3 tends to be my podcast project quarter.
Q3 tends to be a bit slower for sales on our side. Most of our community is taking a step back and resting. We have several clients taking 1-3 month sabbaticals, so although we're working on their show, we're not actually talking to them too much. Our podcast often slows down in August because, again, the audience is on vacation. They're resting.
And don't get me wrong, I rest too, but I also know that October will roll around, and we'll be DEEP into getting the year wrapped up. We are prepping for our time off at the end of the year, AND we tend to see a big uptick in clients booking intensives or wanting to kick off production with us.
That means Q3 becomes THE time for me to get ahead. To test things and build in any new systems or processes I want to implement.
That's why The Podcast Newsroom launched in August of 2021. Our first repeatable series was also built in a Q3 project, and even the foundations of a lot of the systems we use with clients were built during my Q3 Podcast Projects over the last ten years.
This Q3, I want to invite you to JOIN ME!
We're going to focus on building three CRITICAL systems for you...
🎙 A reliable process to move through that allows you to review every aspect of your podcast
🎙 A repeatable asset that you can pull out when you need it.
🎙 A supportive process for planning your content every 90 days.
Over on The Podcast Newsroom, I'm sharing more about this program and how we're approaching this time together, so check it out here or in your podcast player.
There is no better time than now to get these things figured out for your podcast because as we see sales cycles get longer and we see leads being more cautious about their investments, it's critical we're building assets that support them through their sales cycle.
