📍 Sushi & Japanese comfort food in Costa Mesa 🍣🥢

Had an amazing dinner at Eat’s Sushi and it definitely satisfied my sushi craving in Orange County.

We tried several dishes and everything was fresh and delicious. The sushi rolls were light and flavorful with creamy avocado and perfectly seasoned rice. The salmon sushi was incredibly fresh, buttery, and melts in your mouth.

But my favorite dish of the night was the Beef Teriyaki 🔥🥩
The beef was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The teriyaki sauce was rich and savory, and when it mixed with the warm rice and onions underneath, it created the perfect bite. The sauce soaking into the rice makes it even more delicious — simple, comforting, and full of flavor.

The crispy shrimp topping roll added a great crunchy texture, and it paired really well with the sweet teriyaki glaze.

If you’re looking for fresh sushi and flavorful Japanese dishes in Costa Mesa, this spot is definitely worth visiting.
