Focus on Safety and Teambuilding at LOCK-N-STITCH Today

The first part of the morning was spent in class learning the do's and don'ts of operating Power Industrial Trucks as defined by OSHA or for today at LNS, a Hyster Forklift. After classroom time all employees being certified had to pass the hands on portion of the course put on by Cintas. Doing the full safety inspection in front of the instructor and then showing successfully that each employee could maneuver the forklift in and out of obstacles, plus operate the forklift safely in the given surroundings.

In the afternoon all at LNS were invited out to the parking lot as a Surprise - the Kona Ice of S Central Stanislaus County Vickie & Sue's Kona Ice showed up for each employee to get their choice of a Shave Ice or Fruit Smoothies - some even enjoyed seconds!

A bit of relaxation and team bonding in the warm sun while enjoying a sweet treat is always a wonderful way to enjoy your team members. The LNS team had lots of smile and laughs; this always makes the time spent at work that much "sweeter".

Overall it was a wonderful day for Team LNS - putting safety first and of course growing together in this adventure, having fun fixing one casting at a time! Casting repair truly is our passion!
