Y’all, is the queen of storytelling, in every aspect of what she does. 🩷🩵💜

👑Let’s be real - the girl tells a damn good story (with emotion!) and if you’ve ever been to one of her concerts, you know exactly what I mean. My favorite part of how Taylor stays true to her brand is the customer connection she creates. 🤩
💜Your customers are emotional beings- so why treat them like robots that will just “buy” when you say “BUY!” ?🛒
🎤 EXHIBIT A: Taylor will take multiple opportunities throughout her shows to speak to the crowd; it honestly feels so personal, like you’re in on a secret no one else knows about. It feels like she’s speaking directly to you (& a million other people 🤯)
👀THAT TAKES SKILL.
📖EXHIBIT B: Not only does she use her own life stories to create music that connects to millions of people, but most recent albums contain songs about characters she’s created in *her head*, telling the listener a story. This goes beyond singing about yourself, this takes storytelling to a NEW level.
🫶EXHIBIT C: Tay is tight with her fans. Like sharing friendship bracelets at every concert kinda tight.🥰 She has created her brand story in the most excellent way, allowing a deeper connection with her fans that many artists cannot replicate. The community is huge for a reason, because her storytelling connected to so many peoples/customers emotions at the end of the day, and that is why storytelling is important. 🥳

📖STORYTIME! A little over a year ago I got my first mentoring client from a Direct Message on IG!!!🤯 (slide #2) 😉
➡️Here’s what happened:
I was on a mission to serve women like me and found myself jet lagged visiting my husband in Italy. (Hi, long distance!) I began messaging every possible potential client, and here we are now.
🌟Here’s the deets: 3 things matter
🌟REAL CONNECTION:
I naturally connected with this client a few weeks before sending her my offer. We immediately clicked and she was my “unicorn” 🦄client!!! We naturally chatted in DM’s about our craft, which is how I knew she was the one☝️
🌟MADE IT PERSONAL:
I am *SO TIRED* of seeing disingenuous DM’s come through… you would think the copy/paste strategy would have died out by now? 😆 I took a small amount of time to get to know my client more than just our first interaction, and personalized my message to HER and HER INDIVIDUALITY! She was talented, so complimenting her was also easy!
🌟NO PRESSURE:
I made my message bubbly, casual, and easy to respond to. Lastly, I ended my message that it’s *okay* if she’s not interested right now! It takes some pressure off your potential customer and doesn’t make them feel like they have to take you up on your offer, and allows them to decide more for themselves.

The FIRST🥇tip I tell clients when we talk about social media: look at your profile like a storefront!🏪🛒🛍️
🌟WHY??👇
1️⃣ NEW PERSPECTIVE - viewing your social profile as a storefront gives you a new pair of eyes + introduces critical thinking 💭
2️⃣ FIRST IMPRESSIONS - just like a storefront, if a profile looks enticing we want to know more and be invited in!! 💁♀️ the first look at your page determines whether or not someone wants to know more about you (so clean up your “storefront” aka profile page!!)
3️⃣ REFRESH - if sales aren’t hot right now, this is the perfect time to look at what you feel like could grab more attention when people visit your page (maybe add a “Start here” highlight to keep new clients looking at your page)
