Recent rebuild on this 2016 Ram 3500 with the 68RFE. Our customer took it to 2 different shops that couldn’t find the issue, but we immediately found that the Forward Gears were worn. We installed the Billet Converter, Hardened Input Shaft, Performance Clutches, Reprogramming Kit for the Valve Body and Pump Assembly, along with a new Solenoid Block.

Had a blast rebuilding the 68RFE for this 2019 Ram 3500. We made this into a Stage 2 Performance Rebuild, which consists of a Billet Torque Converter, Billet Input Shaft, Borg-Warner Clutch Packs, and a Reprogramming Kit for the Valve Body. What sets this apart is using new Billet Accumulator Pistons and a Billet Flex Plate. Overall a fun build and happy we got our customer on the road!
