We’re adding a 30x60 tent to our lineup — perfect for larger weddings and events.

Up to 228 guests for ceremony-style seating
112–140 guests for a seated dinner (with the use of round tables; more seating is possible with banquet tables)
Ideal for events with 120–160 guests total when you factor in a dance floor, bar, buffet, etc.
Need more coverage? Pair it with one or two 20x20 high peak frame tents for a bar, lounge, or food setup.

Tupelo Event Rentals is hiring part-time help for event setups.
We’re looking for dependable help to assist with setting up tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, and lighting. Work is mostly outdoors and requires lifting and basic tools.

Part-time, seasonal: August through October/Early November
Flexible schedule: weekday mornings and afternoons, some Saturdays
Based in Tupelo, with travel to events in surrounding North MS communities
No prior experience necessary. A good fit for someone who’s punctual, works well with a small team, and doesn’t mind physical labor.
