I am re-opening my appts for remote testing via hair and nails sample. Cost is $75. You will take a current sample of your nail clippings and cut a small area of your hair from close to the root, put inside a clear plastic bag with your name, phone number, and DOB and mail to me: Alex Barrett at 53B Oak Lane Belmont, MS 38827. I accept Venmo, cashapp and your test cannot be ran until payment is received. After I run it, I will schedule a 30 minute phone appt with you within one week from the day test is ran. Thanks!
