CONNECT - Connect more people with nature - satisfying all types of interests and experience levels of the community. EDUCATE - Increase the number of people we educate by expanding the number of programs offered, with primary emphasis on children. DEMONSTRATE - Demonstrate that the health of ourselves, the community, and the environment is tied to our understanding, interaction, and respect for the natural world. GROWTH & CONTINUITY - Develop and administer staff, membership, volunteer, fundraising, and marketing plans that will allow Oxley to reach the goals set forth here.
