That includes the dough, crusts, the sauces, dressings, mozzarella cheese – even the sausage is handmade at the store. No freezers, no microwaves, no rolling pins (we toss dough!) and no sheeters.

This week we're bringing in Blue Whale Wheat, a new release from that we wanted to jump on while it was new, and it has not disappointed. Brewed in collaboration with the Blue Whale Welcome Center and available for a limited time, this refreshing lemon wheat has bright citrus notes riding on waves of soft wheat, making it light, crisp, and easy drinking.
We paired it with the Chicken Picatta because the bright lemon notes in both make for a natural pairing.
