We are proud to introduce the newest member of The Tipton Insurance Agency, Shay Finch! Shay joins our team as an Account Executive.

Shay brings with her a wide range of insurance knowledge. She has worked in the insurance industry for 4 years and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Shay was born with a love for business and an entrepreneurial spirit. She started her first business in high school and enjoys using her unique perspective as a business owner, to help clients identify needs and optimize their insurance programs.

Shay has a heart for helping others and a passion for life. Her desire to make the world better is palpable in both her insurance career and in her time away from the office. She loves all things fitness and exploring the outdoors. Shay is also a Certified Pilates instructor and has been helping others achieve their fitness goals for more than 5-years. Shay is involved in Tulsa’s Young Professionals and regularly volunteers for several area non-profits.
