After many years of hoping and planning, the Phoenix District has its very own convenient spot to buy groceries - including fresh fruits & vegetables, bread, eggs, meat, dairy, canned goods, cleaning products and more at excellent prices!

Plus, there's a deli and espresso bar inside serving up breakfast sandwiches & burritos. deli sandwiches, and espresso drinks - including grab & go options!

We’ve stopped by the deli several times during their soft opening. It’s legit. Great prices, tasty sandwiches, and excellent coffee. Don’t miss the breakfast burritos

The Grocery Box is open to everybody, every day. Cash & credit cards accepted, and very soon they'll accept EBT.

Go see them! Located on the ground floor of the gorgeous new Phoenix at 36N apartments on the corner of 36th Street North & Peoria. The Grocery Box has its own entrance on the side of the building facing 36th Street North (see below). Convenient parking in the lot just around the side of the building.
