He is a past board member of the TCC Foundation and served on the steering committee of TCC’s $20 million Campaign for Completion. He has also served on the Tulsa Community Foundation and Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice.

Tulsa Community College is thrilled to recognize Billie Barnett as a 2023 Vision Dinner honoree.

A well-known community and arts advocate, Billie is also a longtime supporter of TCC and has served the College under the direction of all four presidents. She was a faculty member in the TCC Nursing program for a handful of years in the 1970s and later joined the TCC Foundation board as a trustee in 2000s, serving in a variety of roles including as a committee chair and board chair.
