🏠 Housing Update: Pre-Approved Plans 🏠

Councilors attended the launch of the City of Tulsa’s Pre-Approved Plans program: T-Town HOME (Housing Options Made Easy) Catalog. The program provides Tulsa developers and individuals with sets of pre-approved plans to quickly get housing projects off the ground.

The T-Town HOME Catalog will include well-designed, pre-reviewed plan sets for a variety of housing types and will help speed up the permitting process and make housing development easier and more affordable for anyone interested in building housing in Tulsa.

This program is a Path to Home recommendation of the City of Tulsa's 3H Task Force, working to address homelessness at the intersection of housing and mental health.
