Our mission is to provide scholarships to students and support to the charitable community at large. The Billy Sims Foundation recognizes the academic excellence of male and female students who demonstrate a high level of achievement both in the classroom and in the community. The mission of the Billy Sims Foundation is to provide scholarships to select students as well as support to the charitable community at large.
