Had a great morning out at Oklahoma Army National Guard Owasso Recruit Sustainment Program drill competing in a fitness competition with these future warriors. Every single one of them showed up with positive attitudes, pushed themselves hard, and gave everything they had.

Moments like this are a reminder that this job is bigger than recruiting — it’s mentorship, leadership, and helping give these young men and women direction, discipline, and confidence through fitness and teamwork. Proud of the effort they put in today and excited to watch them continue to grow into Soldiers and leaders. Great work, warriors 💪🇺🇸

Had a great time today presenting awards and graduation stools to all the Oklahoma Army National Guard warriors from Owasso High School! 🇺🇸

As this school year comes to an end, it’s definitely bittersweet. I’m proud of every graduating senior and excited to see what the future holds for each of them. To the students who committed to the Oklahoma Army National Guard, I truly look forward to watching you grow and succeed in both your military and civilian careers.

Every one of these future Soldiers is attending college at a state university, and thanks to the Oklahoma Army National Guard Educational Assistance Program, they will receive 100% tuition and fees paid all the way through their master’s degree. That’s life-changing opportunity and service combined.

The future is bright for this group. Congratulations again to all the graduates — go do great things! 💪🇺🇸

Diego heard about this opportunity through some of his friends at the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, and he didn’t hesitate to step up and take advantage of it. He saw the value right away, not only the college benefits, but also the resume building, leadership development, and real-world experience that will help him pursue his goal of working in law enforcement in the future.
