The Tulsa Arts Management Consortium (TAMC) was established in 2005 to be the primary software licensee for Tessitura which is a customer relationship management software program designed specifically for the arts and cultural space and owned by a not-for-profit named Tessitura Network. Tulsa Arts Management Consortium (TAMC) is looking for an accounting partner to support our work with Tulsa’s arts and cultural community.

Services include:
• Preparation and filing of TAMC’s annual IRS Form 990
• Ongoing accounting support and guidance

TAMC is proud to serve as the shared Tessitura database consortium for arts and cultural organizations across Tulsa, helping strengthen the arts through collaboration and shared resources.

Tulsa Arts Management Consortium is seeking a Database Support & Training Analyst to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting Tulsa’s arts and cultural organizations by providing expert technical assistance, user training, and collaborative problem-solving with CRM.

This position is primarily remote within the Tulsa area, with on-site support as needed. Ideal candidates will have at least 2–5 years of experience with Tessitura, a strong service mindset, and a commitment to helping arts organizations thrive through technology.
