Rooted in Tulsa since 1909, our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. YMCA members enjoy over 23000 square feet of activities at the Downtown branch that encourage a healthy mind, spirit and body. Y members also enjoy group exercise courses at no additional cost, full locker room facilities, Personal Trainers on site, Massage Therapists on site, whirlpool, sauna and much more!
