Crosstown Learning Center

We are excited to partner with Lilyfield to host our Protective Factors Parenting Class.

Parents received dinner, books for their children, and began a 2-session series focused on the 5 Protective Factors. These tools help families manage stress, build strong connections, and support children’s emotions.

During the session, parents participated in one on one coaching, group discussions, peer support, and learned about helpful community resources. We also highlighted the importance of reading at home.

Each child went home with 3 to 4 books to help support early literacy.

This program is funded through a donation from ONEOK, Inc. to support family literacy programming.

Room G had so much fun participating in our monthly gymnastics class! These moments are more than just fun. Activities like gymnastics help build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence while supporting important brain development through movement and play.

We are so grateful to have our Play with Purpose room, which gives us a dedicated space to offer experiences like this and keep children active and engaged even when we need to stay indoors. It is amazing to see our children grow, try new things, and cheer each other on.
