If you attend our sales, you know we take pride in our organization of the sale. This includes folding and labeling of sheets and sheet sets. So this picture literally had us laughing this morning.
Are you a great fitted sheet folder? We’ve thought about doing a video sometime on how we fold them. Not sure it’s “the correct” way, but it definitely works for us. Would that be helpful to anyone?

A few important reminders:

-TAX EXEMPT BUYERS MUST BRING A NEW COPY OF YOUR TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE TO EACH SALE - we simply don’t have a way to keep on-going records

-We are busy with last minute touches and are not able to answer individual questions regarding items or pricing

-If you purchase heavy items, you’ll need to bring your own muscle as insurance doesn’t allow our workers to assist w heavy lifting

-We accept cash,credit/debit cards and apple pay . We DO NOT accept checks, Venmo, cash app, zell, etc.

-Please leave large purses, bags and strollers in the car

-PROPERTY IS UNDER 24-SURVEILLANCE

-Please be mindful of neighbors, the mail carriers, and other shoppers and keep mailboxes and driveways clear - please don’t walk on others lawns.

It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected loss of one of our 918 Estate Sales LLC family, George Smallwood.

Our shoppers will know George as “the nice guy in the garage”. George was one of the hardest working guys we knew and was always ready to help others. As a follower of Christ, he loved God and also loved people. When you saw us eating donuts and sausage rolls, it was always thanks to George. He faithfully brought us breakfast, and didn’t mind special orders. When your favorite things were sold after day one, chances are that George either helped sell it or he purchased it himself so that he could give it to someone else. He loved a great deal and loved blessing others. And at times, he could be caught breaking the rules by helping load a piece of furniture he wasn’t suppose to load (due to insurance) lol. He was just a great guy. He was with us from day one and our sales will never be the same without him.

Please join us in praying for his family during this difficult time. And if you recall an instance where George (the guy in the garage) helped you, we’d love for you drop a comment below for his family to read.
