In these "interesting" days in our world, we are on a mission to bring people together and spread love and goodwill. For the right projects, we are lowering our rates and giving back to help the world in our "Time of Need!" -- if you have great ideas of how to bring people together -- we would love to get together and talk about them!

We’ve had people ask, “Wait… what exactly does RumbleDrum do now?” Totally fair — we’ve grown a lot.

RumbleDrum creates intentional guest experiences that help people feel connected, inspired, and valued.

We handle:

✨ Conferences, conventions & sales meetings

✨ Holiday parties, awards shows & galas

✨ Board retreats, weddings, funerals — and even venue management

✨ Basically… if it involves a guest, we’re your team

We’re based in Oklahoma, but we’ll go anywhere — though most of our work happens in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.

We’re professionals. We’re creative. We care about results. And yes — we’re currently looking for new clients (especially those who want to shake things up).

Projects usually start with at least a $35,000 budget and our fees start at $3,500. First conversation? Free.

Five team members attended the Tulsa Mayfest 2025 poster reveal, which also included unveiling the brilliant Stay Gold Collection at 101 Archer.
