This position provides for an advancement into the Auto Collision Industry. Currently we are needing a parts manager who can track, return and order parts. An individual who is willing to learn as they progress within the company. It is important to have an overall knowledge of parts and vehicles in general. We are an Auto Collision Repair facility. We have a full time estimator who is needing a backup to order parts and work hand in hand with all our techs. Duties include but are not limited to.

Tracking all parts necessary for each repair order. This means making sure parts are ordered, returned if not needed and also logged into the estimating software system.
Reconciling parts tickets to the repair order and getting a repair order ready for final billing.
Inspecting parts for damage and setting up returns.
Disposal of all parts packaging.
Maintaining parts room for cleanliness.
Work closely with all techs to insure parts have been attained and used.
Pulling vehicles in and out of the repair facility daily.
Taking vehicles to sublet vendors for alignments, diagnostic, etc.
On occasion individual might be asked to scan a vehicle as they progress.
Secure repair facility nightly. It will be required that all customer's vehicles are either locked secure on the lot or preferred parked inside the building.
It is essential that the individual is energetic and willing to learn the estimating side with our current estimator.
Parts procurement and tracking will be the main focus of this job however it does not keep an employee busy throughout the day. It will be expected that when the employee has free time that they will be focused on learning the estimating side of the business and/or keeping the shop area swept and cleaned.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
