Kicked off my volunteer role as President of last night! This is a nonprofit that’s been running since ‘68 and purely volunteer-based outside our 8–5s, with a mission to bring together creatives and students to celebrate and share the power of design.

Big thanks to brand builder, instructor, and podcaster for the killer keynote and our board for creating a strong season theme that ties with this year’s Rt. 66 Centennial!

(And yes my clicker quit on slide 1 ☠️. Nothing like live improv to really break in a new presidency.)

✨PASSION PROJECT✨ Designed some custom posters for deathcore metal band and surprised each bandmate with their own! Pretty sure one of them cried but blamed it on ‘allergies’ and ‘how brutal the design was.’ 😄

Friends, I’m competing this Thursday in Tulsa’s fast-paced design competition Kern & Burn at Fassler Hall Tulsa and would love your support!
