I worked for my Dad, and copied listing descriptions on a hand-cranked mimeograph machine to hand out to the Realtors. I became licensed in 1980, and worked in several real estate related capacities before becoming full-time sales in 1985. Since then I have built my business through word of mouth and kind referrals from friends. I began working with first time homebuyers in the mid-1980’s, and now many of them are on their 3rd and 4th homes.
