Outsiders TNR is working to save the lives of unowned cats in areas outside Tulsa within 20 miles of Tulsa City Hall, excluding Tulsa City Council Districts. In addition to TNR, our goal is to save unsocialized cats at shelters from euthanasia through a barn cat program that will enforce proper acclimation procedures. Since we are a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we operate solely on volunteers and

Summer Trapping Precaution: tips about trapping in the heat #2
Always trap in shaded areas whenever possible.
Direct sunlight can quickly turn a humane trap into an unsafe environment for a trapped cat. Before setting your traps, identify natural shade or bring your own shade source.
