TOPIC: WHO IS BUILDING YOU?

TEXT: Matthew 16:18
And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
Who is building you, will determine how your foundation's and building will look like in the structure.
It is so unfortunate a lot people don't know we are the church, not physical building but although we need the physical building for gathering.
Have you ask yourself, if God is the one building you or you are the one building yourself or your background, influence or qualifications is the one building you.
If Christ is not the one building you, I tell you, my brothers and sisters you are going to be blow away by the storm of life, when it comes.
Storm help us to detect whether you are laying your foundation's in Christ or human beings.
Your foundation's will determine how long your building will last or exist.
All ministers and believers should know that Christ is our ONLY foundation.
When Christ build you and everything that concerns you is secure, no power from pit of hell can destroy you or bring you down.
Allow Jesus Christ to build you and stop thinking you can build yourself.
A lot people trying to build themselves and they all fail.
You cannot abandon the place of God in your life.
JESUS CHRIST is the foundation of all believers.
As a servant of God, is Jesus Christ that is building your church or you are the one building it, if it's not Christ, that building will not stand and if it's not Christ, the foundation of your church will not last.
How to you know somebody Christ is building.
He or she always put God first in all he or she does, doesn't allow anything to distract him/her to forget uniqueness of God in his or her life.
Submit yourself to Christ totally, allow God to be in charge of your life and affairs
Allow Jesus lordship and supremacy over your life and all you do.
It is only Christ that will build His church (us) that will stand end of time.

TOPIC: WHAT IS YOUR PROOF.

TEXT: Acts 9:22
But Saul's preaching became even more powerful, and his proofs that Jesus was the Messiah were so convincing that the Jews who lived in Damascus could not answer him.
If you said you are born Christian or Pastor, live out the life.
In this end time, it is not easy to identify a believer from an unbeliever because a lot of people are living anyhow.
The proof of Apostle Paul has taken a new leave, is that he started preaching the Message ( Christ).
An encounter changes your mindset and the way you do things.
Your personal conviction about Christ will be proof to help you preach Christ.
Doing Evangelism is a great proof about your conviction of Him.
Your salvation journey does not have weight without proof to show for it.
Every glory has a story to tell.
Your message about Christ can become more powerful when there is proof to show for it.
Another proof of Apostle Paul that he did not preach or teach himself but Christ.
Your relationship and fellowship with God and his work, is a PROOF about your encounter with Christ.
Hunger for God's presence and souls winning, was proof that Paul's life has taken new shape.
Putting God's Kingdom first, was evidence about Apostle Paul repentance.
What i used to do before but i do them no more, is proof about the salvation of your soul.
Allowing God to use you for his purpose and to fulfill His will on Earth.
In conclusion, your love for God and towards the things God, is unique evidence.

TOPIC: CONQUER YOUR GIANT.

TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 17:50.
So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.
Every giant is always in a man’s canaanland.
Your giant can be fear, worry, anxiety, unbelief, doubt, hurt of the past & pain,what will people say, discrimination, failure, discouragement, low self esteem, rejection l, abuse, addiction, disappointment and your family background.
Until you prevail over your giant you cannot scale new heights in life.
Don’t run away from your giant but what you need to do is to face your giant and conquer that giant.
My prayer for you is that you will conquer your giant in Jesus name.
David faced his own giant and he ended up a champion.
If you decide to face your own giant then you will become a champion.
The food of champions is known as challenges and battles.
Challenges don’t kill anyone but challenges are designed to make you a champion & strong.
It is the way you react to your challenges that will determine whether you will become a champion or an ordinary man.
When you react positively to every challenge that comes your way then you are on your way to being called a champion.
Every boxer in a ring is a potential champion but that potential champion in him will not materialize until he faces his giant and beats his giant.
No champion runs away from his/her giant but every potential champion faces his/her giant to the fullest.
It is a coward that runs away from challenges/giants but a courageous person like David will always face his giant to the fullest.
Before the Children of Israel could take over the promise land that God had promised them, they had to face their giant.
Deuteronomy 2:24 says that “Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle”, from this scripture you will discover that before the children of Israel could possess their possession they had to face their giant.
If you want to conquer your giant then you must have confidence in God, faith, prayerful and worded in God.
Every giant residing in your promise land is evacuated in Jesus name.
You must take responsibility, if you want to conquer your giant.
Don’t go around blaming people for your woes or disappointment but ensure you take charge, so that you can conquer your giant.

TOPIC: FAITH IS A PROFESSION.

TEXT: Romans 10:10-11
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
To profess something is to openly declare it.
When we use the term profession of faith, we usually refer to a person’s public declaration of his or her intent to follow Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Because words do not always reflect the true condition of the heart, a profession of faith is always a guarantee of true salvation.
For it is with your heart that you believe and you are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and you are saved.”
Faith in the heart is accompanied by a profession of the mouth.
Those who are saved will speak of their salvation—even when that profession could lead to death, as was the case for the Christians in Rome to whom Paul was writing.
A profession of faith is the starting place for a lifetime of discipleship (Luke 9:23).
There are many ways to make professions of faith, just as there are many ways to deny Jesus.
He said, “I tell you, everyone who confesses Me before men, the Son of Man will also confess him before the angels of God” (Luke 12:8).
One such outward profession is baptism, which is the first step of obedience in following Jesus as Lord (Acts 2:38).
But baptism does not guarantee salvation, either.
Thousands have been immersed, sprinkled, or dabbed with water, but that ritual cannot save.
“The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing”(John 6:63).
Baptism should symbolize the new life we have in Christ, the inner change of allegiance we possess.
Without that new life and change of heart, baptism and other professions of faith are simply religious rituals, powerless in themselves.
Our faith should be a profession and not just a confession only.
The word of faith is the word of action and it leaves us with a responsibility with what to do per time.
Let us ensure we make faith our profession.

TOPIC: WONDERS BY FAITH.

TEXT: Hebrews 11:2
For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Every good report is obtained by faith.
If you desire a good report concerning your academic life, business life, spiritual life, ministry, marriage and so on, then you must engage your faith.
It is your level of faith that determines the level of report you get or obtained.
My salvation and yours was gotten on the platform of faith.
You don’t assume you are saved but you claim your salvation through faith.
Most of the healing that took place in the New testament is according to their faith.
If you have any sick person, tell the fellow to have faith that God can heal him/her.
It is your faith that draws the healing and miracle virtue from God to you.
Our faith is Key to access our healing.
In conclusion, with your faith in God every impossibility can become possible.
