Are you an accounting professional with manufacturing experience looking to grow your career? We're seeking a Staff Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in Tulsa! This role offers the opportunity to make an impact by supporting financial operations, inventory accounting, cost analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
✔️ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
✔️ Manage inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
✔️ Analyze manufacturing costs, labor variances, and production efficiencies
✔️ Assist with standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
✔️ Prepare financial reports and support annual audits
✔️ Partner with operations and production teams to improve financial reporting and processes

What We're Looking For:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close
✅ Experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost structures
✅ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
✅ Experience working with ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Standard costing and variance analysis experience
⭐ ERP experience with SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Plex, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
⭐ CPA or CPA candidate
