A lil rainy cheese & cheers Wednesday! ☔️ Another sneak peek into our 1 Year of Charcuteray Cheese Club tasting tomorrow night 🤭

Délice de Bourgogne has been one of our fave cheeses for years & found a home on our December cheese club menu! This cheese is buttery soft, with delicate cream notes. It comes as this giant wheel of what we like to call a literal cheese cake, and develops a beautiful white mold around the rind that looks like snow! Had to pair with the Love You Bunches rosé, another all time fave at Charcuteray. This wine is red berry forward with creamy, fluffy cheesecake notes on the finish making it the perfect pairing for Délice! 🍓🍰✨
