Just tried Atlas Bars the ingredient list is so simple it genuinely feels like something you could make at home.

Each bar packs 20g of quality protein with just 1g of natural sugar, which gives steady energy without that crash. No seed oils, no artificial sweeteners, no weird industrial additives… just clean, real food ingredients doing what they’re supposed to do.

They do have that pretty standard, slightly powdery protein bar texture (not going to pretend they’re candy bars), but the Dark Chocolate Almond flavor was easily my favorite.

Nothing fancy. Just solid, clean nutrition made easy.

Tried the Dream Patches Anti-Wrinkle Under Eye Patches and really like them so far. The crescent shape fits nicely around the undereye and crow’s feet area, and they leave my skin feeling smoother, hydrated, and refreshed. Such an easy little addition to a skincare routine. ✨.store.jp
