This family, who has now become my friends are truly amazing! They had to make the move to Oklahoma quicker than expected to be close to family.

They were referred to me out the blue to assist with the relocation and purchase. When I spoke with them the wife about had it, she was discouraged with the process and was told by her lender at time they had to put $60,000 down as a down payment and they didn’t feel comfortable.

After speaking with me the first thing she said was “well I already have a Realtor” lol. I made sure that I didn’t over step and that I respected the fact but assured her if she needed any help at all I would be available. Less than a hour later she called me back and gave me the spill of the horrible experience she had encountered with not only the lender but a pushy Realtor as well and said “for some reason I like you”, and said she would take the chance on me. 🤗

Long story short, not only did I connect them to another lender that I thought would be a perfect fit but she didn’t have to pay nearly as much as a down payment, received a better interest rate and a newer home in a great neighborhood that she didn’t anticipate. And we closed before schedule!!!!

There’s defiantly more details to the story but for the sake of not having to long of a post I have cut it short. All I’m all, I go to bat for my clients. Don’t just settle, make sure that you are aware of all your options and have a Realtor that is knowledgeable And connected!
