At the Lifestyle Medicine Research & Education Institute, we believe healing support matters before, during, and after a diagnosis.
Too many men spend years pushing through stress, fatigue, pain, and symptoms without slowing down to care for their health.
This month is a reminder:
Prevention matters.

And support matters.

At Lifestyle Medicine Research & Education Institute, we believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and community.
As part of our community outreach, we’re honored to offer our venue as a meeting space for support groups during times our office is closed.
We welcome:
• Cancer support groups
• Grief support groups
• Mental health support groups
• Caregiver groups
• Other medical or wellness support communities
If your group is looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to gather, we would love to serve you.
Because sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply knowing you’re not alone. ❤️
