Tulsa’s newest wellness + social experience is designed to regulate first & then recover together.
Start your weekend grounded, centered, and with a proper reset.
We’ll open with a Future Self Sound Visualization—a guided sound bath + visualization experience to help you go inward, calm the nervous system, and listen for a word or intention to anchor your year.
From there, we move into recovery + community.
Optional cold plunge support to wake the body up, followed by brunch, brews, and easy hangs to integrate and vibe it out together.
This is about regulating first… then recovering in community.
