Faith Kids

Today was so much fun! We had live music, we played games, we read the Bible, and made cookies.

We learned how God worked for 6 days to make everything and that he made people on the 6th day. On the 7th day, he taught us to rest!

We looked at some of the teacher's favorite cartoon drawings. Then we looked at her favorite art. She enjoys all the drawings, but the art makes her feel love, because her dad painted it.

God enjoys his whole creation, but he feels love when he looks at his masterpiece: us!

Then we tried to turn on a light, but the battery was dead. It needed to recharge! When we turned on the charged light, it was really bright.

God taught us that we have to recharge. He blessed a special day for us to rest.

SIX days of work and rest on SEVEN!

Then we ate our crafts, er.. our cookies.

Each kid got to decorate a 6 and 7 cookie with icing and sprinkles.

Everyone even got to take home a balloon. Well... we lost one to the ceiling. Bummer!
