I'm in Little Rock, AR doing a little recharge before the last leg of my ride.
It is crucial to prioritize taking regular breaks. Sit on something that isnt your bike. Change up the pressure points to alleviate strain. Be attentive to your body's signals and adjust accordingly. More importantly stay hydrated no matter what the weather is.

There ain't much that makes a person feel more free than an open road with the wind in their face. Some people aren't always afforded that opportunity be it inability or family sickness. It's not too late to join us this weekend for one of the days or the whole trip. We will be leaving the Tulsa area around 9:30 tomorrow morning and headed across AR to Hwy 7, before heading south towards Hot Springs.
